Our dedicated gardeners are available exclusively for gardening tasks. Please refrain from requesting non-gardening related services.
Garden Guys reserves the right to discontinue or terminate services at any property. We will communicate any changes as necessary.
Garden Guys holds the right to alter subscription periods, service frequency, assigned gardeners, or scheduled service days at any time.
Garden Guys reserves the right to modify subscription costs based on market conditions without prior notice.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible working conditions for our gardeners. Any hazards or unsafe conditions must be communicated to Garden Guys in advance.
Our gardeners undergo standard background checks, including Aadhaar verification and address validation. While we strive to hire the best individuals, we do not conduct comprehensive legal history checks as of now. If a gardener behaves inappropriately, we will take immediate action, including possible termination, but we cannot assume full responsibility for individual behavior.
Due to the nature of gardening work, Garden Guys cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by our gardeners while performing their duties. However, immediate action, including termination, may be taken against the responsible employee if necessary.
While we strive to maintain plant health, various factors such as climate and care conditions influence their survival. Garden Guys cannot guarantee the survival of plants despite our best efforts. This includes situations such as pot damage or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect plant health, as well as damage to garden tools or supplies.
Garden Guys does not guarantee the replacement of plants that fail to thrive due to unforeseen circumstances. Our responsibility is limited to providing appropriate care and maintenance advice.
Garden Guys does not guarantee the survival of any plants we sell. The health and longevity of plants depend on various factors, including climate and care conditions. Therefore, we do not offer replacements or guarantees for plants purchased from us.
Payments for services must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Cutting and shaping of trees with a height exceeding 10 feet will incur an additional charge. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
Grass cutting services are not included if the area exceeds 250 square feet, or if the client has a manual grass curator. If the client has an electric grass cutting machine, our gardener can cut the grass within the service time. Otherwise, the client must pay according to the following rates:
Our gardener may leave earlier than the assigned time slot if all the scheduled work in the garden is completed to satisfaction. This ensures efficiency and allows us to manage our resources effectively.
